Is Bin Laden ever to face trail?

On Wednesday, Attorney General Eric Holder announced to congress Osama Bin Laden will never face a trial because it is believed he may already be dead or will be killed in the future either by American troops or his own people. Although his controversial statement stating Bin Laden deserves equal rights in a trial and comparing him with Charles Manson has many politicians angry. Questioning whether war criminals deserve equal rights as legal American citizen murderers. Another controversy with the Attorney general concerned whether Khalid Sheikh Mohammed's trial would take place in a federal civilian court or a military commission trial. This "mastermind" behind the September 11th attacks, his trial has been postponed by Washington and has irritated many politicians believing no matter where the attack was a civilian court case is necessary. Through the past decade, traumatic events has American politicians arguing over what is the right thing to do and whether "enemy combatants" still have their natural rights after killing massive amounts of people. Following the interrogation or a suspected terrorist attack on Detroit, the suspect was read his Miranda rights and interrogation took longer for compliance. There is no truly right or wrong answer to this on going issue, but there should be an agreement met on the issue of where enemy trials should be taken place.
