Universal Healthcare by the Holidays?

As we have seen over the last few months President Obama has been trying his hardest to find a middle groud for all Democrates to be able to agree on for the new healthcare plan. In earlier months the House of Representatives had passed thier version of the bill. The probalme now is finding a way to pass the bill through the Senate. Oddly enough, or maybe even not, even though both houses are controlled by the Democratic party, legislation is still taking a decent bit of time being passed. However as even the President has said, this is a very historic piece of legislation, and that all government officials would agree it will take time to create a stable, common interest, and workable plan. There is a lot of pressure behind this bill. However many politicians as well as the President him self are saying that all their fellow party members must work together to pass this important piece of legislation for all American's, for it is their governmental duty to do so, each politican must find common ground and parically let go of their own interests for the good of the United States. As Americans we must try and believe our government will do us well in the end, and hope for the best.
